Sometime HYIP Programs will pay the monitors in order to keep there paying status,  which works for them and against them in a way. If they are NOT PAYING People will still look at the feedback of the HYIP.  I am not sure about this program but I recommend when leaving feedback, post as much detail and screen shots to the forums as possible because the link on the HYIP site is linked to their personal forum board.  Also When you post positive or negative feedback to a HYIP make sure you reference the forum link in the feedback.  Like this forum board is http://www.hyiplookout.com/forum/index.php?board=127.0
